Iced lemon water
- 1 to 2 fresh lemons
- 1 liter of water
- A few mint leaves (optional)
- Honey or agave syrup to sweeten (according to your preferences)
- Ice cubes
- Squeeze the juice of a whole lemon into a large pitcher.
- Slice the second lemon into thin slices and add them to the pitcher.
- Add a few mint leaves if you wish.
- Pour the water into the pitcher.
- Add honey or agave syrup according to your taste and stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or serve immediately with ice cubes.
